The
Board of Tax Roll Corrections of Kay County, Oklahoma, met in regular session
at
Chairman
Dee Schieber called the meeting to order.
Those present were as follows: Floyd Harden, Member; Carol Purdy, Member;
Tammy Reese, Kay County Clerk/Secretary.
Motion
was made by Harden and seconded by Purdy approving minutes from regular session
held on

Purdy presented the Board with a list of clerical errors on the following: Certificate #7393, Ruby Camp & Mona
Thomas, cabin torn down-no value-therefore, removing the value; #7394-7397, Blythe
& Sharon L. % S. Glenn Burkett, mobile home double assessed-also under
Stephanie Glenn (personal property assessment); #7398-7400, Larry & Ruby
Cassady, hex not allowed and they stated they lived there, therefore
reinstating the hex; #7401, Susan Pono & Joan P. Laisney, homestead (half
of hex) was not allowed on this account temporary address only-reinstating the
hex; #7402, Mike S. Toner Shop, business gone for 2009, removing the assessment;
#7403, Stoney Shields, mobile home unlivable in 2009-assessment is being
removed; #7404, Dorwin D. Lumly, house burned in December 2008-removing the
improvement value for 2009.
