The Board of Tax Roll Corrections of Kay County, Oklahoma, met in regular session at 9:30 o’clock a.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2010, in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.  Notice of the meeting was posted for public information on January 6, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

 

Chairman Dee Schieber called the meeting to order.  Those present were as follows: Floyd Harden, Member; Carol Purdy, Member; Tammy Reese, Kay County Clerk/Secretary. 

 

Motion was made by Harden and seconded by Purdy approving minutes from regular session held on January 7, 2010.  Motion carried:  Schieber, aye; Purdy, aye; Harden, aye. 

 

Carol Purdy presented the Board with a list of clerical errors on the following:  Certificate #7391, Letter of “Nunc Pro Tunc” requesting voiding the earlier E&C#7391 for Quarter Turn Resources-3 (Real Estate-Acct. #7560-00-000-000-0-003-15)-This account should have been handled on an Omitted Property form; #7392, Helen M. Dye, additional hex not allowed and should have been; this is re-instating the additional hex.
