The Board of Tax Roll Corrections of Kay County, Oklahoma, met in regular session at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2009, in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted for public information on September 2, 2009, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Steve Austin called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Carol Purdy, Member; Floyd Harden, Member; Tammy Reese, Kay County Clerk/Secretary.

Motion was made by Purdy and seconded by Harden approving minutes from regular session held on July 2, 2009. Motion carried: Purdy, aye; Austin, abstained; Harden, aye.

There were no Error & Correction Certificates presented.

There being no other business, motion was made by Harden and seconded by Purdy to adjourn (9:06 a.m.). Motion carried: Purdy, aye; Austin, aye; Harden, aye.
