The Board of Tax Roll Corrections of Kay County, Oklahoma, met in regular session at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2007, in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted for public information on September 5, 2007, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Schieber called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Dee Schieber, Chairman; J. C. Estes, Vice-Chairman; Judy Barnes, Member; Tammy Reese, Kay County Clerk/Secretary.

Motion was made by Barnes and seconded by Estes approving minutes from regular session held on July 5, 2007. Motion carried: Barnes, aye; Estes, aye; Schieber, aye.

Judy Barnes presented the Board with a list of clerical errors on the following: Certificate #7217, SBC Advanced Solutions, Inc., received corrected certificate from Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) on protested account, this is making the adjustment for this school district; #7218, SBC Advanced Solutions, Inc., received corrected certificate from OTC on protested account, this is making the adjustment made by OTC; #7219, SBC Advanced Solutions, Inc., received corrected certificate from OTC on protested account, this is making the adjustment made by OTC; #7220, SBC Advanced Solutions, Inc., received corrected certificate from OTC on protested account, this is making the adjustment made by OTC; #7221-#7258, Southwestern Bell Telephone, corrected certificate received from OTC, this is not a final settlement; #7259-7260, Time Worn Antiques, out of business since 2004; therefore, removing this assessment.
