The Board of Tax Roll Corrections of Kay County, Oklahoma, met in regular session at 8:30 o’clock a.m. on Monday, September 11, 2006, in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.  Notice of the meeting was posted for public information on September 7, 2006, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

 

Vice-Chairman Harden called the meeting to order.  Those present were as follows:  Wayne Leven, Chairman (arrived late); Floyd Harden, Vice-Chairman; Judy Barnes, Member; Tammy Reese, County Clerk/Secretary.

 

Motion was made by Barnes and seconded by Harden approving minutes from regular sessions held on May 4, 2006, July 6, 2006, and September 7, 2006.  Motion carried:  Barnes, aye; Harden, aye.

 

Judy Barnes presented the Board with a list of clerical errors on the following:  Certificate #7178, Conoco-Clean Fuels-Exempt Manufacturing, adjusting assessed value to match the amount allowed by Oklahoma Tax Commission.

Motion was made by Harden and seconded by Barnes to accept and approve all error and corrections certificates as presented.    Motion carried: Leven, aye; Harden, aye; Barnes, aye.
