The Board of Tax Roll Corrections of Kay County, Oklahoma, was to meet in regular session at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on Thursday, September 7, 2006, in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was not posted pursuant to Oklahoma Statutes Title 25, Section 311.A.9, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Those present: Wayne Leven, Chairman; Floyd Harden, Vice-Chairman; Tammy Reese, County Clerk/Secretary. Member Judy Barnes was absent.

Chairman Leven stated Agenda of the meeting was not posted pursuant to Oklahoma Statutes Title 25, Section 311.A.9, therefore, meeting could not occur.
