The Board of Tax Roll Corrections of Kay County, Oklahoma, met in regular session at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on Thursday, May 4, 2006, in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted for public information on May 3, 2006, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Leven called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Wayne Leven, Chairman; Joe R. Cary, Vice-Chairman; Judy Barnes, Member/Kay County Assessor; Tammy Reese, County Clerk/Secretary.

Motion was made by Barnes and seconded by Cary approving previous minutes from Regular Session held on March 7, 2006. Motion carried: Leven, aye; Cary, aye; Barnes, aye.

Judy Barnes presented the Board with a list of clerical errors on the following: Certificate #7130, Taxable Year 2004 T & J Mfg. Inc., not in business since 1999; therefore, this is removing the assessment; Certificate #7131, Taxable Year 2004, T & J Mfg. Inc., out of business since 1999; therefore, removing this assessment; Certificate #7132, Taxable Year 2003, T & J Mfg. Inc., out of business since 1999; therefore, removing this assessment; Certificate #7133, Taxable Year 2005, Clarence Rowe & Evelyn Revocable Trust, hex not allowed & should have been; therefore, this is re-instating hex; Certificate #7134, Taxable Year 2004, Clarence Rowe & Evelyn Revocable Trust, hex not allowed & should have been; therefore, this is re-instating hex; Certificate #7135, Taxable Year 2005, Clarence Rowe & Evelyn Revocable Trust, hex not allowed & should have been; therefore, this is re-instating hex; Certificate #7136, Taxable Year 2004. Farmers Co-op, Farmers Co-op had sold to Kelly Goff part of personal property; therefore, this is removing part of value; Certificate #7137, Taxable Year 2005, Farmers Co-op sold to Kelly Goff part of their personal property; therefore, this is removing part of value.
