Kay County Courthouse

The Board of County Commissioners of Kay County, Oklahoma, met in special session at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 5, 2010, in Commissioners Court located on the First Floor of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted for public information on April 1, 2010, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Dee Schieber called the special meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Laile Wilson, Vice-Chairman; Steve Austin, Member; Tammy Reese, Kay County Clerk/Secretary.

Motion was made by Austin and seconded by Wilson approving the following Cash Fund Estimate of Needs and Request for Appropriations: Hwy Dist#1-$47,321.60, Reimbursement from ODOT Force Account Bridge Fountain Road Project CB-163D (196) J/P#27441 (04) (lapsed balance FY2008-2009). Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Wilson, aye; Austin, aye.

Motion was made by Austin and seconded by Wilson to adjourn (11:03 a.m.). Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Wilson, aye; Austin, aye.
