Kay County Courthouse

The Board of County Commissioners of Kay County, Oklahoma, met in special session at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 3, 2010, in Commissioners Court located on the First Floor of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted for public information on March 1, 2010, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Dee Schieber called the special meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Steve Austin, Member; Patsy Leyva, Deputy Kay County Clerk/Secretary. Laile Wilson, Member, absent.

Motion was made by Austin and seconded by Schieber approving the following Resolutions to deposit: Res#9, 10-138, Highway Dist#1-$82,549.00, H3101-90 ODOT Project #STP-163D(117) J/P#22953 (02) and Res#9, 10-140, Highway Dist#1-$138,045.00, H3101-87 BIA Bridge 137

Motion carried: Austin, aye; Schieber, aye. (no action taken on item a)

Motion was made by Austin and seconded by Schieber approving the following Cash Fund Estimate of Needs and Request for Appropriation: Highway Dist#1-$82,549.00 and Highway Dist#1-$138,045.00. Motion carried: Austin, aye; Schieber, aye. (no action taken on item a)

Motion was made by Schieber and seconded by Austin to adjourn (10:04 a.m.). Motion carried: Austin, aye; Schieber, aye.
