The Board of County Commissioners of Kay
County, Oklahoma, met in regular session at
Chairman Steve Austin called the meeting to
order. Those present were as follows:

Jail Issues: Sheriff Van Hoesen reported the daily inmate
count showing 124 and noted six (6) inmates were taken to Department of Corrections
(DOC) last Thursday.

the Southwest Quarter to be used for road purposes only owned by the Board of
County Commissioners (BOCC), Kay County, Oklahoma, and stating the BOCC will
maintain this road for public use. A
