Special Meeting

The Trustees of the Kay County Home Finance Authority met in a special session at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, July 22, 2013, in the Commissioner s Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, OK.Notice of the meeting was posted for public information on Friday, July 12, 2013 at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, OK.

Commissioner Rowe called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Tyson Rowe, Member; Dee Schieber, Member; Steve Austin, Member; Holly Cline, Deputy County Clerk/Secretary.

Motion was made by Schieber and seconded by Austin to approve the special meeting minutes of November 13, 2012.Motion carried: Rowe, aye; Schieber, aye; Austin, aye.

Motion was made by Austin and seconded by Schieber approving the payment of Kimberlye R. Mayer, CPA, P.C. for performing the audit for year ending June 20, 2012, in the amount of $925.00 and the State Auditorís filing fee in the amount of $100.00, total amount of audit - $1,025.00 for the Kay County Home Finance Authority.Motion carried.Rowe, aye; Schieber, aye; Austin, aye.

Motion was made by Schieber and seconded by Austin to approve signing two letters regarding KCHFA financial matters for the year ending June 20, 2012 and June 30, 2013.Motion carried.Rowe, aye; Schieber, aye; Austin, aye.

Motion was made by Schieber and seconded by Austin approving Agreed upon Procedures as the type of service the county wants performed in the future.Motion carried.Rowe, aye; Schieber, aye; Austin, aye.

Motion was made by Austin and seconded by Schieber to adjourn at 9:07 am.Motion carried.Rowe, aye, Schieber, aye; Austin, aye.
