Special Meeting

The Trustees of the Kay County Home Finance Authority met in special session at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 25, 2010, in the Commissioners Court of Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted for public information on January 22, 2010, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Schieber called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Laile Wilson, Vice-Chairman; Steve Austin, Member; Tammy Reese, Kay County Clerk/Secretary.

Motion was made by Wilson and seconded by Austin approving special meeting minutes of June 8, 2009. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Wilson, aye; Austin, aye.

Motion was made by Austin and seconded by Wilson to approving Chairman Schieber to sign engagement letter from Kimberlye R. Mayer, CPA, P.C. regarding financial statements and services. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Wilson, aye; Austin, aye.

Motion was made by Wilson and seconded by Austin approving payment on Invoice dated December 17, 2009, an Audit performance for the year ending June 30, 2009, $925.00-Kimberlye R. Mayer, CPA, P.C., State Auditor’s filing fee-$40.00, Total Due-$965.00. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Wilson, aye; Austin, aye.

There being no further business, motion was made by Austin and seconded by Wilson to adjourn (9:32 a.m.). Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Wilson, aye; Austin, aye.
