Special Meeting

The Trustees of the Kay County Home Finance Authority met in special session at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2009, in the Commissioners Court of Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted for public information on June 4, 2009, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Austin called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Dee Schieber, Vice-Chairman; Laile Wilson, Member; Tammy Reese, Kay County Clerk/Secretary.

Motion was made by Schieber and seconded by Wilson approving special meeting minutes of September 8, 2008. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Wilson, aye; Austin, aye.

Motion was made by Wilson and seconded by Schieber to accept engagement letter from Kimberlye R. Mayer, CPA, P.C. regarding financial statements and services. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Wilson, aye; Austin, aye.

Motion was made by Schieber and seconded by Wilson approving Audit performance for the year ended June 30, 2009, $925.00-Kimberlye R. Mayer, CPA, P.C., State Auditor’s filing fee-$40.00, Total Due-$965.00. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Wilson, aye; Austin, aye.

There being no further business, motion was made by Wilson and seconded by Schieber to adjourn (9:10 a.m.). Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Wilson, aye; Austin, aye.
