Special Meeting

The Trustees of the Kay County Home Finance Authority met in special session at 9:20 a.m. on Monday, June 4, 2007, in the Commissioners Court of Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted for public information on May 31, 2007, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma

Chairman Schieber called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Dee Schieber, Chairman; Laile Wilson, Vice-Chairman; Wayne Leven, Trustee; Tammy Reese, Kay County Clerk/Secretary.

Motion was made by Wilson and seconded by Leven approving special meeting minutes of January 3, 2007. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Leven, aye; Wilson, aye.

Motion was made by Leven and seconded by Wilson approving Proposal from Kimberlye R. Mayer, Certified Public Accountant to examine the financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2007. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Leven, aye; Wilson, aye. Motion was amended by Leven authorizing Chairman Schieber to sign proposal.

There being no further business, motion was made by Wilson and seconded by Leven to adjourn (9:26 a.m.). Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Leven, aye; Wilson, aye.
