The Trustees of the
Kay County Home Finance Authority met in special session at 9:20 a.m.
on Wednesday, January
3, 2007, in the Commissioners Court of Kay
County Courthouse in Newkirk,
Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted for public
information on December
28, 2006, and an Amended Agenda with change of
date was posted on December
29, 2006, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners
Court, and basement
handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk,
Oklahoma. (Change of date due to Governor Brad Henry
declaring Tuesday,
January 2, 2007, a National Day of Mourning in
memory of President Gerald R. Ford, affirmed on Friday, December 29, 2006).
Chairman Leven
called the meeting to order. Those
present were as follows: Wayne Leven,
Chairman; Dee Schieber, Vice-Chairman; Laile Wilson, Trustee; Tammy Reese, Kay
County Clerk/Secretary.
Motion was made by
Schieber and seconded by Wilson
approving special meeting minutes of March 27, 2006. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Leven, aye; Wilson,
aye.
Motion was made by Wilson
and seconded by Schieber approving special meeting minutes of May 15, 2006. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Leven, aye; Wilson,
aye.
Motion was made by
Schieber and seconded by Wilson
approving special meeting minutes of June 19, 2006. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Leven, aye; Wilson,
aye.
Motion was made by Wilson
and seconded by Schieber approving Invoice dated December 1, 2006, in the
amount of $930.00 – audit for the year ending June 30, 2006. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Leven, aye; Wilson,
aye.
Motion was made by
Schieber and seconded by Wilson
approving Proposal from Kimberlye R. Mayer, Certified Public Accountant. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Leven, aye; Wilson,
aye.
Motion was made by Wilson
and seconded by Schieber nominating Dee Schieber-Chairman and Laile
Wilson-Vice-Chairman to the Kay County Home Finance Authority Board. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Leven, aye; Wilson,
aye.
There being no
further business, motion was made by Wilson
and seconded by Schieber to adjourn (9:31
a.m.).
