The Trustees of the Kay County Home Finance Authority met in special session at 9:10 a.m. on Monday, May 15, 2006, in the Commissioners Court of Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted for public information on May 11, 2006, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Leven called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Wayne Leven, Chairman; Dee Schieber, Vice-Chairman; Laile Wilson, Trustee; Tammy Reese, Kay County Clerk/Secretary.

Motion was made by Wilson and seconded by Schieber to authorize Chairman Leven to sign Proposal from Kimberlye R. Mayer, Certified Public Accountant, to examine financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2006. Audit fee for the year ending June 30, 2006 will be $890.00 plus an additional charge of $40.00 for the State Auditor’s filing fee. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Wilson, aye; Leven, aye.

There being no further business, motion was made by Wilson and seconded by Schieber to adjourn. Motion carried: Schieber, aye; Leven, aye; Wilson, aye.
