The Kay County Excise Board met in special session at 4:30 o’clock p.m. on October 28, 2009, in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted on October 26, 2009, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Harden called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: J. C. Estes, Vice-Chairman, Holly Beck, Kay County Clerk Deputy. Joe R. Cary, Member, absent.

Motion was made by Estes and seconded by Harden granting request on the following Cash Fund Estimate of Needs and Request for Appropriation: Emergency Management-$13,900.00, Exhibit A. Motion carried: Estes, aye; Harden, aye.

There being no other business, motion was made by Estes and seconded by Harden to adjourn (4:32 p.m.). Motion carried: Estes, aye; Harden, aye.
