Newkirk, OK 74647

The Kay County Excise Board met in special session at 11:00 o’clock a.m. on Monday, April 27, 2009, in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted on April 24, 2009, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Cary called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: J. C. Estes, Member; Tammy Reese, Kay County Clerk/Secretary. Floyd Harden, Vice-Chairman, absent.

Motion was made by Estes and seconded by Cary approving the following Cash Fund Estimate of Needs and Request for Appropriation: Highway dist#1-$419,503.71, Pleasant View Road Project, Exhibit A. Motion carried: Cary, aye; Estes, aye.

There being no other business, motion was made by Estes and seconded by Cary to adjourn (11:04 a.m.). Motion carried: Cary, aye; Estes, aye.
