Excise Board met in regular session at
Chairman Cary
called the meeting to order. Those
present were as follows: Chairman Joe R.
Cary; Vice-Chairman Floyd Harden; J. C. Estes, Member; Tammy Reese, Kay County
Clerk/Secretary.
Motion was made by Harden
and seconded by Estes approving regular meeting minutes of

Harden and seconded by Estes approving Officer’s Request for Supplemental
Appropriations General Government, money added to Sheriff Account No. GO400
(money from Sales Tax Proceed) in order to raise 16 jail positions salaries
$2.00 per hour, January 2009 through June 2009, approved in a Justice
Facilities Authority meeting on March 20, 2009 - $42,433.38, Exhibit C.
