The Kay County
Excise Board met in regular session at
Chairman Cary
called the meeting to order. Those

Motion was made by Harden and seconded by Estes
approving regular meeting minutes of

Motion carried:
Motion was made by Harden and seconded by Estes
acknowledging the following Transfer of Appropriations: General Government
M&O-$3,270.00 to Election Board M&O, Exhibit T; Sheriff General
M&O-$7,000.00 to Overtime, Exhibit U.
Board also noted that Election
Board transfer should have been to Capital Outlay and not M&O. Motion carried: Cary, aye; Estes, aye; Harden, aye.
Motion
was made by Estes and seconded by Harden approving the County Holiday Schedule
for calendar year 2009, Exhibit V.
Motion carried: Cary, aye; Estes,

Motion
was made by Estes and seconded by Harden approving the 2009 Calendar Schedule
of Excise Board and Equalization Board Meetings, Exhibit W. Motion carried:
