The Kay County Excise Board met in regular session at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2007 in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted on September 5, 2007, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Estes called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Chairman J. C. Estes; Vice-Chairman Joe R. Cary; Member Floyd Harden; Tammy Reese, Kay County Clerk/Secretary.

Motion was made by Harden and seconded by Cary approving regular meeting minutes of August 9, 2007. Motion carried: Cary, aye; Estes, aye; Harden, aye.
