The Kay County Excise Board met in special session at 2:00 o’clock p.m. on Monday, April 16, 2007, in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted on April 12, 2007, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Harden called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Floyd Harden, Chairman; J. C. Estes, Member; Tammy Reese, County Clerk/Secretary. Member Joe R. Cary was absent.

Motion was made by Estes and seconded by Harden granting request of the following Cash Fund Estimate of Needs and Request for Appropriation: Highway, Dist#1 - $81,453.86 Lake Road Bridge 129, H3101-68, Exhibit A. Motion carried: Estes, aye; Harden, aye.

There being no other business for the Special Excise Board Meeting, motion was made by Estes and seconded by Harden to adjourn (2:10 p.m.). Motion carried: Estes, aye; Harden, aye.
