The Kay County Excise Board met in special session at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted on November 17, 2006 at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Harden called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: J. C. Estes, Vice-Chairman; Member Joe R. Cary; Tammy Reese, Secretary/Kay County Clerk.

Motion was made by Cary and seconded by Estes approving Rural Fire Cash Fund of City of Newkirk-$260.38, Exhibit A. Motion carried: Cary, aye; Estes, aye; Harden, aye.

Motion was made by Estes and seconded by Cary acknowledging the following Reimbursement to General Fund Account: Resale-$5,427.04, Exhibit B; Unappropriated Court-$18,907.91, Exhibit C; Unappropriated Court-$1,585.25, Exhibit D; District Court-$900.00, Exhibit, E. Motion carried: Cary, aye; Estes, aye; Harden, aye.

Motion was made by Cary and seconded by Estes approving the following Cash Fund Estimate of Needs and Request for Appropriation: Highway Cash Fund, BIA-$188,623.75, Dist#3, Exhibit G;

Highway Cash Fund, ODOT-$50,000.00, Dist#2, Exhibit H; Highway Cash Fund, BIA-$199,552.20, Dist#2, Exhibit I. Motion carried: Cary, aye; Estes, aye; Harden, aye.

Motion was made by Cary and seconded by Estes to adjourn (10:30 a.m.). Motion carried: Cary, aye; Estes, aye; Harden, aye.
