The Kay County Excise Board was scheduled to meet in regular session at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2006, in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted on July 5, 2006, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Harden called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Vice-Chairman Estes; Member Joe R. Cary; Kay County Clerk/Secretary Tammy Reese.

There were no minutes to approve/disapprove.

Motion was made by Cary and seconded by Estes approving Temporary Appropriations for FY2006-07 for Pioneer Technology Center, District 13, General Fund-$6,000,000.00/Building Fund-$1,000,000.00, Exhibit A. Motion carried: Cary, aye; Estes, aye; Harden, aye.

There being no other business, motion was made by Cary and seconded by Estes to adjourn (10:25 a.m.). Motion carried: Cary, aye; Estes, aye; Harden, aye.
