Kay County Courthouse

The Kay County Excise Board met in special session at 10:30 o’clock a.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2011, in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted on October 21, 2011, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Estes called the special meeting to order. Those present were as follows Joe R. Cary, Vice-Chairman; Tammy Reese, Kay County Clerk/Secretary. J. B. Smith, Member, absent.

Motion was made by Cary and seconded by Estes approving the following Cash Fund Estimate of Needs and Request for Appropriations: Highway Dist#1-$80,650.00; Highway Dist#1-$24,322.00; (not approved but on Agenda-Highway Dist#1-$11,288.50); Highway Dist#1-$39,471.00. Motion carried: Cary, aye; Estes, aye.

There being no other business, Motion was made by Cary and seconded by Estes to adjourn (10:45 a.m.). Motion carried: Cary, aye; Estes, aye.
