Kay County Courthouse

The Kay County Equalization Board met in special session on Friday, May 30, 2008,

10:00 o’clock a.m. in the Commissioners Court of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Notice of the meeting was posted on May 28, 2008, at the Courthouse front door, Commissioners Court, and basement handicapped entrance of the Kay County Courthouse in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Chairman Estes called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Floyd Harden, Member; Judy Barnes, Kay County Assessor; Tammy Reese, Secretary/Kay County Clerk. Joe R. Cary, Vice-Chairman was absent.

Motion was made by Harden and seconded by Estes approving special meeting minutes of May 28, 2008. Motion carried: Estes, aye; Harden, aye.

Motion was made by Harden and seconded by Estes approving signing on Notice of Formal Appeal Decisions. Motion carried: Estes, aye; Harden, aye.

Motion was made by Harden and seconded by Estes to adjourn the 2008 Equalization Board Session (10:45 a.m.). Motion carried: Estes, aye; Harden, aye.
