Kay County Equalization Board met in special session on
Chairman
Harden called the meeting to order.
Those present were as follows: Floyd Harden, Chairman; J. C. Estes, Vice-Chairman;
Joe Cary, Member; Judy Barnes, Assessor; Ron Colberg, Deputy Assessor’s Office;
Tammy Reese, Secretary/Kay County Clerk.

Appeal to the Kay County Board of Equalization hearings were heard as follows:
a. Ms. Fumiko Phillips, is appealing because
she feels the Market Value is too high based on the location of home and water
problems in foundation.
b. Ms. Sheets, is appealing because she feels
the Market Value is too high based on market price of homes in her area and
because of price she paid for home before remodeling.
c. Mr. Deroy Rickerd did not attend.
No
decision was made by the Board in order to review and consider each site.
There
