The Kay County Equalization Board met in its
regular session commencing on the first working day April, 2006 (
Chairman Cary called the meeting to order. Those present were as follows: Joe R. Cary, Chairman; Floyd Harden,
Vice-Chairman; J. C. Estes, Member; Judy Barnes, Kay County Assessor; Tammy
Reese, Secretary/Kay County Clerk.
Motion was made by Estes and seconded by Harden to
deny Lois Clark
Motion was made by Estes and seconded by Harden
to deny Brenda Johnson’s 2006 Application for Permanent Homestead Tax Exemption
and for Additional Homestead Exemption, property in parents name and can not be
received until property changes title.
Motion carried: Harden, aye;
Estes, aye; Cary, aye.
There being no other business, motion was made by
Harden and seconded by Estes to adjourn.
