Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act (Title 25 O.S. 2001, Section 301-314), notice is hereby given that the Trustees of the Kay County Justice Facilities Authority will hold a regular meeting as follows:

1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Roll Call.

3. Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve/disapprove the minutes of the previous meeting.

4. Jail Consultant Report by Don Jones.

5. Jail Director Report by Jody Burd.

6. Presentation and discussion with Ron Stevens, Baskin Stevens & Freeland, P.C. regarding financial matters and reports.

7. Presentation and discussion on status of the Dry Road Project.

8. Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve a Detention Agreement with the City of Newkirk.

9. Consideration, discussion and possible action on the following Requisitions submitted for payment:

a. David Cummings, JFA Attorney,-$764.10 attorney & miscellaneous fees for December 2011.

b. Don Jones, Jail Consultant,-$1,600.00 consulting fees 12/1/2011 through 12/31/2011

c. Baskin Stevens & Freeland-$1,802.08 accounting fees for period ending 12/31/2011

10. Unscheduled public appearances.
