As required by Title 25, Section 311 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Kay County Election Board will hold a regular meeting on February 15, 2013 at 4:00 p.m.
The place and address of the meeting will be the Kay County Election Board Office, 201 S. Main St. in the Kay County Courthouse basement in Newkirk Oklahoma.
AGENDA
Following is a list of the business to be conducted by the Kay County Election Board at the above mentioned meeting:
- Discuss and approve minutes for the February 12, 2013 meeting.
- Process provisional ballots if needed.
- Certify results of the Annual School Election to the Blackwell School District I-45, Ponca City School District I-71, Newkirk School District I-125 and affected County School Districts, Frontier School District N-1, Deer Creek Lamont School District G-95, and Shidler School District O-11.
- Discuss New Business.
- Adjourn.
