  KAY COUNTY ELECTION BOARD MEETING

As required by Title 25, Section 311, of the Oklahoma Statues, notice is hereby given that the Kay County Election Board will hold a regular meeting on August 27, 2010, at 5:00 p.m.

 

The place and address of the meeting will be the Kay County Election Board Office located in the Kay County Courthouse, 201 South Main, and Newkirk, Oklahoma.

 

 

AGENDA

 

Following is list of the business to be conducted by the Kay County Election Board at the above-mentioned meeting:

 

1. Discuss and approve the minutes for the meeting held on August 24, 2010.
2. Process Provisional Ballots if needed.
3. Certify Election results to the State of Oklahoma and the Kay County District No. 3, Commissioner.
4. Discuss New Business
5. Adjourn.
