was made by Jerry Johnston and seconded by Laile Wilson approving regular
meeting minutes of:

mentioned Blackwell needs a municipal official to serve on E911 Board.
Motion
was made by Bowers and seconded by Harris to bring a Public Safety Answering
Points (PSAP) collection report from each City Clerks office listing revenues
and expenditures to future E911 meetings.
Motion carried.
Community
Updates: Sherry Bowers said AT&T was
scheduled to do a Phase II testing on
Scott
Dark, Tonkawa, said he is waiting to hear from Ronnie Freeman, AT&T, for
equipment figures; Sherry Landers, Blackwell, said Blackwell is working on
Phase II equipment.
Other
matters discussed: Schieber explained
financing through Lease Purchase Agreement; Legislation reducing cell phone
charges from $0.50 to $0.15.
There
was no New Business brought before the Board.
